Every single Z in the shop has a aftermarket steering wheel and I would highly recommend them.

its super easy to install urself.
the hub should have the Torqx wrench to take out the airbag (one on each side). airbag comes out, unclip airbag harness (two)
then unhook steering wheel control box (grey connector on left) and loosen nut in the center not all the way off. then wiggle steering wheel left right up down and yank toward you (besure not to smack your forehead) and when its off the spindle remove that nut.
note the arrow on the spindle in which direction is up and that is where your wheels are pointed straight. and put on the shorty hub, and turn that nut until your steering full LOCKS (i.e. turning the wheel w/o the key will lock the steering wheel) and then ur set to put on the QR. put in the two resistors, put the cover on. mount the steering wheel to the QR sleeve. put on horn. done.

Next Sat. is fine with me. If you can't find anyone closer to you just feel free to PM me on Friday to confirm. No need for lunch, just glad to help out a fellow Z member. Besides, I remember a couple weeks back when I was bored on a Sat and you invited me over to a meet and gave me ideas of what was happening that day.... Karma
eric you might try hitting up arin, i know he's installed his own a few times. and he's a lot closer to you than some of these [very helpful!] guys. he might be able to help you out

Make sure you have the two resistors though or else that airbag light will annoy the heck out of you.
get two of the male extensions like these. made by worksbell: its a 2ohm resistor

i am getting the works short hub
"These are included with Works Bell hubs, when purchasing the Works Bell hub you do not need to purchase these separately."
do i need another set?

I dunno, mine only came with one. I bought another one because I needed two.
Do you have it in front of you? Get the hub, open the box and look for the resistor(s). If you find one then purchase another one, if you find two male resistors then you're good to go.
