Unhappy Headliner problems

This topic probably came up before but I couldn't find anything about headliners that have water stains. I thought water was leaking through the mounting bolts from the trunk so I took it into the dealer and got it sealed but it did not fix the problem. I washed the car with a hose with low pressure and found a nice wet spot right above the drivers seat on the back end of the headliner. Did anyone have this problem before or does anyone know how to fix this?
(will post pics later)

Default

it might be the weather seal, or the rear hatch not aligned correctly.
You may need to take it back to have the rear hatch checked for correct adjustability.
has the car ever been wrecked?

IF you need a new headliner let me know i have one sitting in my garage
