I've seen this guy on the 91 freeway at Green River Rd. in Corona. He parked his cruiser in a hidden spot where the shoulder gets larger and was literally standing on the shoulder hitting people with some type of speed device. I was thinking, by the time he ran 10 feet to his car you could be long gone. but perhaps he is getting people that are 10 secs away and getting in his car before they get there.

normal brown CHP uniform, but it was one of the all white CHP cruisers with the light bar in the back window. Not on top of the car.

Thanks for the heads up! That Balan/Fairway intersection is literally around the corner from me. Now if that Pinkberry on the corner would only open up....
