^ Which one? Hadn't heard that one. The largest and most devastating fire, the Witch Creek fire, was started by downed power lines near Ramona due to high winds.

I live in Murrieta and work in San Diego, after a two hour drive to get to work they sent me home. The I-15 was closed and the I-5 was a parking lot for 40 miles, staying at GF's house. This fire makes the Cedar fire we had 4 years ago not so big anymore, 250,000 people forced to evacuate over 500 homes burned so far with 0% containment. Simply Amazing...

Yeah I really hope everyone is OK. The air is TERRIBLE even up here in SB - went running the other day and was wondering why I was getting stuffy. One of my best friends and his GF just left their place in San Diego last night. Its really terrible and scary with what's going on. I probably can't help much, but if there is anything I can do to help, lemme know!

Great, theres a fire in Fallbrook and apparently the winds are supposed to shift towards my house which is in the middle of the chapparel/forest directly north of it. Keep my house in your prayers you guys!

my thoughts to those who are in worse condition that I am.

I live a few miles from Crestline (mountain fire) and I can see the flames, I think we are going to evacuate soon. I will keep everyone in my prayers.

Are there any online sites where you can see satalite pictures of near real time overhead shots of the fire? I have friends out there and would like to check on their area.

Thanks

And i hope all you guys are doing alright.
