Hello fellow 350 enthusiasts, I've been a lurker for a few months now and now have decided to post so I can "vent" my frustrations. Well, over the weekend someone threw a cup of water at my newly washed Z for no apparent reason! This is what happened... It was around 6pm-ish Sat night and at a red light this guy pulls up alongside (pas side) my car and starts yelling profanity. I was with my wife and was getting concerned. I had my tinted windows up, so I lowered the passenger side window and asked the dude what was going on. He was yelling all sorts of profanity and he instantly turned around inside his car and looked like he was quickly searching for something so I raised the window up. To my surprise, the guy threw water at me and my car. I have no idea why he would do something like that at a red light with my wife in the car... I chased him for a few blocks but, he was lucky I had a dinner appointment that I couldn't miss!

My point is, this kind of thing never happened to me before (ever!) and hopefully, everyone on this board doesn't get harassed by this dumb bastard or else one day that guy will pick the "wrong" dude to harass.

Unfortunately, I did not get his license plate number as this was the first time something like this happened to me and it was all within 3-5 minutes time or else with my connections I could tear him apart even though it was just water...

I would guess you did some maneuver that pissed him off. What else could it be? Did you stray with someone else that kissed and told?

Some people are just weird. You live in L.A. I'd let it go and chalk it up to an unplanned adventure.

After the dude threw water at my car, another car cruized beside me and witnessed everything and I asked them what happened and they asked me the same thing...

Yes, it happened in Los Angeles, a place where that guy shouldn't even think of doing something like that at night on the weekend for that matter...

Paint remover would have been really bad...

 

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! It was MEEEEEEE! It's all part of my diabolical plot to sully the 350Z's good name, one cup of luke-warm water at a time if need be.
