here in san diego, I sometimes get unleaded 100oct 7.99 gallon

there is vp fuel station in ontario (60 frwy,corner of euclid and philadelphia)they have 100 oct and higher....

i'm planning to get some higher end gas today, just one question befor i go to the pump. would the higher octane gas cause problems in the long run?

depends if your fueling leaded or unleaded. anything above 100oct is leaded i believe. leaded gas will kill your o2 sensors in the long run.

they offer 100 oct unleaded. which I do a 50/50 with 91oct which gives you around 95-96 rating roughly

If there's an airport nearby, you can get blue, 1O7-octane fuel. BTW, won't it affect the compression/parts in your engine? My father-in-law was a pilot (dead now), & used to own a Volvo; he would put 107-octane fuel in it & ended up having to rebuild its engine due to
the damage those 107 octanes did to it. Maybe 100 ain't too bad, I guess.

leaded fuel isnt really meant for stock engines
