just wondering whatever happened to the Irvine meets/gtg's? when i go to the gym by UCI and have bobba there (cha), i see a few nice lookin'Z's and G's around irvine or here in socal for that matter, but then again, i don't really hear/read anything about it.

 

There are plenty of meets. Just page through this So Cal sub-form (where we are now). Do a search for "Meet" in the topic title and you'll come across a whole bunch.

I know there is a regular Long Beach meet as well as an Irvine meet. The Irvine one is mostly 240's but it's a cool crowd.

Do you go to the 24hr gym near UCI? I usually go to the one off Irvine Center Dr across the freeway from the Spectrum around lunch every now and then.

i used to go there a lot. parking there is hell and too much people. i still try to go there once in a while, but on the weekends, i go to the one by UCI since Cha' and sushi is over there. i love bobba at Cha'.
