I think its the best spot since its closest to all of the canyons near the area. Topanga will be the quickest since the turns aren't bad. Don't know how avid some of the others that are meeting up like doing canyons. But we can do Mulholland and Kanan and that will drop us close to Neptunes. We just need to set up a time to meet.

I've been talking to Bryan (Myfirst07'350Z) and we thought a better meeting spot would be in Calabasas at the shopping center where everyone shows up for Supercar Sunday. the parking will be lighter there and its a better location to get everyone organized so we can all leave together. From there we'll hit a small stretch of Old Topanga and then take Mulholland to Kanan to PCH and up to Neptune's Net. Bryan and I will map this out and figure out the meeting time.

I'll have it mapped out this weekend. How much canyon driving do you the valley guys want to do? Basically we can take Kanan all the way to PCH or we can go Kanan to Ensenal to Deker to PCH. The second route will add a lot of twisties to the drive.

You know me Doug. I love corners. If we do the second route we are looking at about a 45 min run so we should probably meet around 10 or so. We will figure it out.

The only reason we are setting up something different is because for me the Burbank and Sepulveda is a total back track for me and I hate the 405.

I know what you mean, and everyone's more than welcome to join in with the group wherever they can/like. I know I've jumped in to cruises before by waiting for them to pass by while I was sitting on an on-ramp with my hazards on. I also completely understand why you'd want to do it. It is a chore, especially for those just on the other side of the hill, to drive all the way down to Santa Monica, and like I said, I wish I could set up a spot along PCH mid-way. If for no other reason than because the leg between SM and Oxnard is a long drive. (I know I could use a break) Especially when your cruising up PCH in Sat. traffic... by the time we hit HWY 1 we're usually leaning into the throttle cause we just want to hurry up and get there. But judging on the group we had leaving SM last year, we don't know of a large enough space with easy access. Honestly i wish I could go your way (I heart canyon runs) especially since I don't even get to have any fun after the meet since I've got to go straight to a wedding. Anyways, Have fun guys, and be safe. We'd hate to have anyone miss this cause they wrecked on the way there.

Oh yea I am going to set rules. We will find a good spot. You guys are taking the 1 all the way up right? Because if neptunes is crowded I know of a different spot. I'll pm you my # so we can coordinate something.
