What??!?! HERI is a guy?? I just called WestCo and ask for Heri and got a lady on the phone so i asked her twice to confirmed if she's HERI and she said yes then proceed with my appt. Maybe she heard me wrong and thought i said "Hayley" which is a girls name

I called and made an appointment for this Sat. Didn't catch the name of the service rep, but he told me the special is for front wheels only. So which is it? 4-wheel or just fronts?

It is for 4 wheel alignment. We always do 4 wheel alignment on Zs.

I think Heri no longer works at WCN, I went there on Saturday and heard that he's not gonna be there anymore. but I did talk to their new service manager, Rubin? A very cool guy. Well definitely setup an appointment with him for the alignment and SPC rear camber kit installation.

Yes, Heri was recently given an opportunity as a manager at a Lexus dealership closer to his home so he has taken the new position. We are sad to see him go, but at the same time we are happy for him that he was given a great opportunity and wish him the best of luck in his endeavors.

Working at his desk is a new girl, Michelle, who seems to be pretty good so far. As always if you guys have any issues, please feel free to contact our service manager Ruben. He will be sure to get things resolved for you. Philipe also knows whats going on with our specials so you can contact him as well.

For all service appointments and inquires, please contact our service dept direct at 626-732-1000. Just ask for the service dept when the receptionist answers.
