I just called WestCo and ask for Heri and got a lady on the phone so i asked her twice to confirmed if she's HERI and she said yes then proceed with my appt. Maybe she heard me wrong and thought i said "Hayley" which is a girls name
I called and made an appointment for this Sat. Didn't catch the name of the service rep, but he told me the special is for front wheels only. So which is it? 4-wheel or just fronts?

I think Heri no longer works at WCN, I went there on Saturday and heard that he's not gonna be there anymore. but I did talk to their new service manager, Rubin? A very cool guy. Well definitely setup an appointment with him for the alignment and SPC rear camber kit installation.

Working at his desk is a new girl, Michelle, who seems to be pretty good so far. As always if you guys have any issues, please feel free to contact our service manager Ruben.
