dumped on old school BBS RS, OEM Recaro Porsche GT3 seats and other goodies....

That wing and the e36 M3 go hand in hand. That's an original OEM design and is one of the pieces that comprised the e36 LTW, which is a car that was designed for the track. Unlike many aero pieces that are just for show, this wing will actually make a difference on the track.

If you guys are interested, search e36 LTW or e36 lightweight.
