Noo!! Not too late. I get off at 3:30 and from there I have an hour to pick up the sushi and get home so depending on the location its possible.

^I am going to try that. Can I still make it without a rice steamer? I think you just match 1 cup water = 1 cup rice. Does anyone know the ratio or Vinegar I would use?

Thanks so much, You guys are saving my a**

Pic Update!

So it ended up successful!!! Crazy, but succesful. Here are some pics with some illustrations.

Some of the goodies I picked up

Sushi does not exist without the following

The fish

After Baking Eel

Scallops

Now...lets just say that I was warming up on the first roll....lol..I actually sucked pretty bad at first!
Unagi Roll w/ sauce

and a not so sushi chef spicy scallop hand roll

At this point I started to understand how to roll better and apply rice.
Spicy Tuna Unagi Roll

My Spicy Scallop hand roll started comming together better

And my evil super spicy Tuna roll

So all and all, it was a very good experience. I probably will try it again, but I'll probably leave the good stuff for the pro's. All was good and didn't have to worry about stomack issues at Disneyland the next day!!

Thanks again for the suggestions on the Market and Rice!!
