Angry Engine Blew !?

yesterday march 1st i took a drive down to malibu and hit canyons. i then drove down PCH for alittle view of the ocean side, then again took the canyons back and drove back to burbank.. as i soon get off the freeway, i take my turn and take it to first gear to about 5rpms and then second gear to about 5rpms again, then out of know where something just EXPLODES under my hood!! Smoke war everywhere!!! when i pressed down on the gas the whole car would shake and vibrate. i pulled over to the side and popped the hood to see wtf!? smoke was comming from the back of the engine and oil was leaking under my car. 5 minutes later i see allll the oil beneath my car. didnt bother to start it up again and called AAA to come pick it up and take it to WESTCO!

WHAT THE FLYING FOCK HAPPENED!??????

thats ridiculous, because the first engine i had consumed oil. your telling me the newer version one consumes more than the recent one!?

Sorry about the bad news. I suspect that there is a hole in the block or oil pan. Matters little. Time for a new motor.

so what happens if you are outside 36k miles with no extended warranty and your car is affected by a recall....in this case oil consumption. Are they still obligated to honor the recall? After how many issues is it considered lemon law? Im going in to haven them check my oil once I reach 900miles, I am positive that I will need a new motor.
