Default LF Apts: Irvine, Newport, South Coast

Anyone got hook up for apartments around the area?

Budget: 1300 - 1400 for a 1bed.

My work: Macarthur / Main area

My lease right now will end around April.

Just throwing this out just in case someone can help.

Thanks!

for 13-1400, you should have no problem finding a 1 bedroom.

If you are looking for a place with a garage, then it might get a tad harder.

I lived in Sierra Vista (Jamboree/Portola, Tustin Ranch) and Las Palmas (Jamboree/Irvine Blvd)... both have garages and 1400 range for 800 sq ft apt and relatively new late 90's.

Yeah, like last October. But I ended up just releasing my old place. Now that they jacked up the price, might as well move to bigger square footage.

The budget is "ok" but if you get picky with what the apartment can offer, it does get tight.

Try Newport Bluffs apartments super nice and they have a garage. they have pretty good security, especially since they have some really nice cars just sitting around.

Don't they start over 2k?

I just checked. A 549sq ft studio is 1665! I have to say, I've been around there and its pretty poshy.

Ya it is... I do know they have some better prices just up the hill in Newport Coast. I don't remember the name of the apartment complex but I remember my friend had a place for 1500, one bedroom, 1.5 baths, living and kitchen and a single car garage + one outdoor space. I know its not in the range but its hard to find a place in the area unless you split costs with another for a 2 bed. after all it is "THE OC"

I live of the 405 and Sand Canyon in Quail Meadows. $1520 for one bedroom, one car garage, and washer/dryer. I love it there. Nice and quiet and everything is really new. 24 hr gym.

Since you work at the MacArthur/Main area, have you seen the new apartment developments at the corner of Jamboree/Alton?

Otherwise, if you’re not too opposed to driving about 20 miles I would recommend The Paloma Summit Apartments in Foothill Ranch. Decent rates that should be around your budget and a garage.
