Default s2k or z roadster? which do you prefer?

so.... i was thinking... if you had a choice between either one which would you pick and why?

i think overall these are both two great cars. i wouldn't know which to pick if i had to pick one.

s2k - redline at 9500 rpm! that is crazy. great looking car when top is up or down. has a great option of having a hard top. i love how the rear looks. bad side is, its a honda! another vtech 4 banger. less horse. but fun to drive. dash/interior = old school feeling.

z roadster: i think a z roadster looks hot when the top is down. when the top is up, it looks like crap. interior is great just like any other z. more comfortable. the rear looks huge like beyonces ***. performance, the z is better of course.

S2K it looks better, and I think it's lighter.
The Z roadster just looks fugly in my opinion.
Besides you already have a Z you gotta change it up.

yeah, z roadster to me is fugly, regardless of top down or bottom.....s2k truly is nice when on a mountain course where you need more of a nimble car.....the z is a much better road course/track imo....but hasn't this topic been beaten down to death? lol

how did you figure that the s2k redlined at 9.5k RPM?

Driven both and was goign to get the s2k but it's way to loud with teh top down. The ride is horrible. It's way to small and i'm not even big. It's more of a "toy" feel to it.

I went with the Z roadster because of power throughout the powerband, big rims stock, nice exhaust note, torque.

I owned a 2005 S2K for about 1.5 years... I liked it, but it was more of a stressful drive than the ZR. I had the choice this time and would have saved money going with the S2K, but the comfort and DD ability of the 5AT sold me (yayaya.. bad knee and lots of traffic). And the 2004+ S2K's redline at 8200 I believe, not the 9K that they did before that. Great car still, but did a 4 hour drive to Savanah in it with my wife... nuff said.

S2K, but too bad you have to be a midget to drive one.

I prefer the S2K for a roadster, but then again, if I had a S2K, I'd put a hardtop on it.
