Default Nissan GTR Club Buttonwillow track day!!!???

Hey all I am on nissan gtr club. com and I am helping the southern california chapter set up a track day...yeah cool i know...lol

Anyway how many of you would like to track your car...and yes people that have pre-ordered GTRs are coming out so you can come out and see how these beasts eat the track.

I think this will be a fun project and a fun day!

Let me know what you think also if you would like to help out setting this event up let me know!

Joseph

seems pretty hard to get enough z cars to do a private track day. unless of course each one pays a lot. i usually see 5-8 of them at SOW. April 12 at BW with speedventures there's even fewer i believe.

No you don't. Just use a good set of R-compound tires and drive better than them.

I have R888's in the rear and Avon Tech Ra's in the front of the spyder, I still need to dyno tune it and corner balance the monster. With 250whp and 2050lb curb weight i'm sure I can at least hang with them.

Have you considering renting a run group with someone, ie Speed Ventures? A full private track day for Zs and GTRs is going to be a little difficult no?
