if you're still looking in a month or two, i'll be looking for a roommate for my place in redondo beach. it's near the intersection of Artesia Blvd (also called 91 Fwy) and Aviation Blvd. 3.5 miles from the beach.

Anyone know of any studio or 1 bedroom apartments that are available? Perhaps a temporary housing situation? LA or Northern OC preferably. Must be in a nice safe neighborhood. Would love it to be close to the beach.
I am a recent law school graduate, 29 year old white male, responsible, clean, very laid back, non smoker, excellent credit, no evictions ever, etc. I am an absolute car nut and would love to find a place with a garage.
Please let me know ASAP if you have any leads. Staying in hotels is getting really expensive...

have you checked out craigslist? there are plenty of people renting out decent rooms in most areas. i was searching for a while and i had quite a few options. in the end, my parents wanted to me help them pay mortgage.

http://www.pennysaverusa.com/ <-- lots of local places listed there. It's a good place to find rooms for rent.
