this is for everyone who has or will have a ref app. if you are going to go to the ref at el camino College then do not even try and switch your car they will check ur vin everytime. just putting this out there because i have seen people say that they want to switch with some1 so they dont have to take stuff off. well ya laters

Do people really need a warning that they should not be switching out their VIN numbers??

he is giving a heads up for a state refaree ticket, i got one on my civic, and had 2 take it 2 el camino college.....they will check everything, but i dont think u need 2 warn people of this....if there stupid enough 2 try and switch things, then they deserve 2 get caught

 

I got one in my civic back in the day too. I had to bring mine to Pierce Community College though. Ref tickets FTL

 

hes talking about people switching cars. IE a silver turbo Z gets sent to ref and borrows friend's stock silver 350z. Obviously wont work yet people try it.
