Take your money out today. If you have more then your FDIC insured amount, DEFINATELY take it out today.

I'm not able to scan a news paper article but if you read "Daily Bulletin" the Inland Empire based newspaper, for today's publishing they have an article about them.

The reason why i cannot disclose details about my advice is I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but i'll just say that there is a fairly decent chance of people loosing money if they are over their insured limit. Everyone will know for sure tomorrow(including their own customers).

Also, if this tells you anything. They have been denied access to exchange stock on the New York Stock exchange.
