Everyone should be glad you don't live in chino hills. Girlfriends bro drives low as f&(k 240sx with rising sun on hood rims ext. cop not only pulled him over and accused hin of blowing by the cop when the cop slowed down and my friend passed him doing the speed limit, then threatened to impound his car because he had no passanger seat and was the well known street racer of chino hills lol. My car is kitted out and i would rather drive my beater car and get pulled over for it being crapy in a nice city rather than get pulled in the z and get busted for the stinky test pipes. Chino Hills cops AT NIGHT suck. In the day you are ok for the most part.

Just do what most people say, pay the fine and take traffic school if needed. Don't try to get all lippy with cops (or be a "sea lawyer"), that's the worst route you can take. Especially since you admitted you made a mistake.
From the law enforcement side of things, 8/10 times will be a warning unless you're going way beyond the speed limit. For my patrolmen, it's usually the attitude of the driver that will dictate things.
Hope everything works out and congrats on your 1 year.

You can try a traffic attorney like Mr Ticket. At the very least, he will get you traffic school, even if you already had traffic school in the last 18 months.

There are a few ways to beat traffic tickets. We all know that if the officer doesnt show up for the court date, the ticket is dropped but you would have to go see a judge and tell him you want to dispute the case so a date can be set.

You can ask for extensions, the more the better as the cop may not have his story straight in 9 months or a year. My friend has gotten out of a few tickets for asking for extensions and then using trial by declaration.

You shouldn't have much to worry about since u can still do traffic school and do online traffic school unlike Orange Co.
