i got them as a gift when they were pretty small. (under an inch long) so for now its okay. Most likely ill switch up to a 100gallon later on this year

 

so whats the story with that fish stuff?

lol... i thought i was the only fish geek on here... i own a 240g with 2 baby leopard sharks. my octo just died about a month or so ago... made his way out of the holding tank when the sump was being cleaned

here is a early vid of my tank in the beginning, a lot has changed since. water was cloudy cause a power head was knocked off the wall from one of the sharks during feeding.

my 2 year old niece has a tiny 2 gallon aquarium which i bought her for her bday, i just picked her up a calico gold fish and an iridescent shark (popular in asia)

she flips the script watching the fish with her japanese/filipino baby accent... "peeessshhh" !!!

 

peeesssshhhh...lolz... hahaha... im 1/2 flip so i can imagine exactly how that sounds... here are a few current pics... uhh... actually here are a bunch... lol this tank has got me more a$s then my car haha... the octo caught and ate most of my fish when they were sleeping, since he died i started to restock a bit, kinna stupid tho cause i plan on getting another octo soon

on a side note, can i put a salt water fish in a 3 gallon? i just bought a beta and i wanted to put him in there but i think a nemo would be cooler...

^^^ nice albert, do you have any UV stabilizer to get ride of all those green algae?

 

I opted not to use the UV light tube since there is a lot of shade during the day and there is little to no build up of algae, even on the liner. We do have a Aquashield 4000 from a previous project if we do need to use it... all i have to do is splice off a piece of the pipe and fit it on there.

Now when will you help me import some JDM koi?
