Damn Civics!

My best advice is to take the car out of the dealership bodyshop and take it to another bodyshop. From my experience, dealership bodyshops sucks!

Take it to a bodyshop that has lots of high end german/italian cars. If you are in the SFV goto Precision Autobody, they are the best.

If you are in OC there are a lot of good shops too.

Based on your description of the damage, your car is not a salvage. Sounds to me like a lot of cosmetics damages, no big deal you'll get your car back in about 2 - 3 months.

Ouch ... it hurts to look at those pictures bro specially since I just saw your car the other day at the AC run. I agree it doesn't seem to have any frame damage from those pics. Hope for the best!

That would be the case if you were at fault. But if shes at fault your in control buddy. Her insurance should be paying for your rental car. You should also look for the best damn body shop you can. If you really want to come out on top, PM me Angel, and I can tell you a few things to get a little more out of this.

Daym....I'm sorry to hear what happened to your car. Seriously hate when bad things happen to good people. What the hell was that girl thinking? Although I'm glad to see that no one got hurt. Hope things work out for the best for you. Believe me I know how it is with no car and having to ask people for rides. Becomes a real burden at times but you got to do what you got to do. Hang in there bro.

Her insurance pays for your rental car. Actually, your ins company ought to be helping you.
