What are some of the best tuners in the SB, LA area for FI?

What are some of the best tuners in the SB, LA area for FI?
I am thinking about either supercharging or turboing my 06 350z, and I am wondering where I should go to have it installed and tuned at. I live around Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles for reference.

If you DONT DD your car (luckily I dont) then take it to Sam at GTM, he's busy 24/7 but a good tuner and a VQ specialist. Turn around time....mmm... No comment
SP engeneering is good but they only specialize with HKS EMS.
