Fito is right. Even if he retaliates its gonna turn into a war that will only end badly for him or the other person. I've seen heat of the moment stuff turn into crime, injuries and even death because someone didn't think before they took action. Of course you want to get this guy back but...when you stop and think about it...his ex-girl is still thinking about him. Revenge enuf. Obviously the new guy isn't taking care of business. Watch where you park dude and be prepared to catch him in the act if he tries this again!

That kid put some grease on his elbows for that. Looks like a lot of passion on the tire slits. Usually people just poke the tires, but this kid made a long slash on all four freakn wheels. I think these type of people have more issues than anger managent, they need serious help. I'd be worried about taking this to the next level with this dude. I'm sure your more civil, this kid is controling maniac.....beware!

go to the police file a report tell them YOU SAW HIM DO IT, even though you didnt. because if you didnt see him do it they cannot acuse him of anything. tell them you saw him do it late at night but by the time you got outside he was gone.
