Default Anyone know of good toyota shops?

My friend is looking to swap in a 2zz motor(celica GTS motor) into his mr2 spyder. On the spyder forums, he's only been able to locate one person in san diego to do it. But the dude is doing it out of his personal garage. My friend would prefer an actual shop/business.

any info would be great, thanks!

do you mean a 2jz???? if so, I find it hard to be put into a mr2.

Garage GT in san diego, very good Supra/toyota guys, and are very reasonable on install.

no, not 2jz(supra motor). Common swap for mr2 is 2zz(celica motor). Thanks for the info though, i'll let him know.

Try Toysport, not sure if they do the swap. They've been working on toyo's for years.
