poor guy, he had the sickest alarms bro.. that car is too easily jacked and everyone is looking to steal one. he got lucky as hell 5.0 found it. he finally sold it and got a Z loll

 

Will keep an eye out. Irvine is considered one of the safest city though... you sure it wasn't Costa Mesa? Haha.

my homies black si got stolen and he had lojack and the cop found the ride in this dude's garage while stripping it hahahaha and oh ya! the dude said the si is not his ride and he didnt know how it got there. maybe the car drove itself there? hmm why was he tearing it apart? lol

 

alarms dont do jack but slow a thief down..

 

my friends prelude got jacked 3 months ago

 

i had the same color car prior to my Z which i sold in 2003 to get my Z. that thing almost got jacked 2wice in the valley...

**i actually saw 2 cholos, one around my car and the other inside already. This was in chatsworth near lassen and de soto at a girl's house i was dating at the time i ran inside her apartment grabbed a meat clever and ran after them with my dumb 21 year old ***... i was pretty dumb i realized after shiet i coulda got shot... they actually got inside my car but couldnt get around the autolock but luckily they took off***

dumb dumb move :/ the smarter move was i sold that damn car a few months after it almost got stolen at the northridge mall

damn thieves ill keep my eyes peeled in 213-818 areas...

Oh man, sorry to hear that. I guess it hasn't changed much since I was there. I went to UCI in the late 90's and cars were getting ripped off left and right. My car got broken into twice and my roomate's car actually got stollen from the carport at our apartment down Culver. They found his car stripped in Garden Grove a week or so later. Will keep an eye out. That really sucks.

 

Is it stolen IN UCI? Like does he dorm there? Or was it stolen around UCI?

 

i used to live in dartmouth for 2 years (2004-2006) and parked my fixed up Z and brother's supra there, never had any issues maybe its a honda thing

 

Lol... I lived in Dartmouth also, but in 96 to 97. Dartmouth was ok, nothing happened there. It's usually either on campus or at the apartments that are further away from campus.

Funny thing is the cars used get broken into or stolen a few weeks before Battle of the Imports. hmmmm... and yes, usually Hondas, because that what we had back then, in the dark ages.

 

Lived at Campus Village last year, some idiot ran up my car (literally) made 4 dents. One on the hood, one on the roof and 2 on the hatch. Some idiot walked really close to my car and he had something sharp protruding out of his backpack and scratched up my passenger door.

Other than that nothing to a point where my car got stolen or any attempts to...

 

Irvine is sure a safe city. I go to UCI and didnt have any problems but couple of time I got KEYED>>!!! HATERS

 

This happened three weeks ago...

Went Missing End of Sept. (don't want to tell exact date) Found Middle of Oct in LA. Cop called saying the car was completely stripped but the vin matched his car. Well I posted some pics of before and after.
