Can anyone in the san Diego Area do a Test Pipe installation??
I took it to about three exhaust shops and they weren't willing to do it due to the fact that it was illegal. I am in the South Bay area, pm me and it will be worth your while.
I did try to, but I realized I couldn't do figuring that I recently suffered a dislocated shoulder and fractured elbow.
