I moved here from NYC and I have to say that as bad as drivers there can be, aside from yellow cabs, Cali drivers are much ruder. Failure to signal is #1 by far. It also amazes me how many people refuse to use hands free devices when talking on their cell phones. Nothing scarier than seeing a blonde driving with a cell phone planted on her ear.
Aside from people I have met at car meets, there's a certain amount of respect that people from the NE have for each other that people here don't.

people who think that they're getting around the law by using their phones like walkie talkies... on speakerphone, still in their hand, holding in front of their mouths.
WHAT PART OF THAT IS "HANDS-FREE" YOU DUMBF*CKS??

lolz now now ppl... there seems to be a lot of us (including myself) who cant stand old drivers, but one thing we might want to take into consideration is that "back in the day" traffic speeds were not what they are today. each and every one of us will be only so lucky to get as old as the idiot old fukkerz that we are trashing and be able to drive just as bad and cut off more of these "damn youngsters" that they are complaining just "drive so darn fast!"

Dear old Asian ladies in your mid-to-late-nineties Toyota Camry,
Theres a reason why your Camry (and every damn camry in your sisterhood) has a big o'l dent in the driver's rear bumper. Probably backed up into something and didn't see it...
PS- Stay the fug away!!! There is a line to follow when turning... use that shiet! "4-way" stop means person on your right goes, "yield" means you fuggin wait...not slowly drift into oncoming traffic. You know what? Just stay thevfawk home!

i think youngsters who gets their license early should have a mandatory driving clinic paid for by the parents. I have seen kids driving 350z like it was a honda civic/integra. I just feel they might not make it to 28 years old with the way they drive nowadays..Once you have taken driving clinic, car control, etc.. you'll realize that you have to be a defensive driver (safe driver) at all times.
