GUYSSSS.....
at the end of this month im driving out and staying in valley village off a main road nead oxnard. The apt is right on the corner but i have to park in the street and have volk GTC's... will my car be fine you think in that area???

If you have to ask that question then you probably already know the answer. I was in the same situation these past few weeks. It bothered me so bad that I ended up paying for a storage and locked up the car at night. Of course this was temporary, but it helped me sleep at night. Not sure how long you plan on parking outside but if she's your DD, maybe think about going stock till you get your own parking spot in a garaged or gated area.

that area is not so bad... my best friend lives on coldwater canyon between oxnard and victory and i've parked outside her place plenty of times (including overnight) with no problems.. i mean i guess depending on your definition it can seem kinda ghettoish but the neighborhoods off the main streets are actually pretty nice.. really cute homes and full of families and whatnot. you'll probably be ok... but then again... people get jacked in nice neighborhoods as well so
If u were more south on Laurel Cyn closer to Ventura, then I'd say you'd be okay to park outside.
stopped by that wednesday meet on tampa ave in northridge. didn't see any familiar cars/Zs so i bounced. think i saw one modded Z. did see a corolla and a mazda 3 crash into each other right there in front of that meet around 10. figured cops would roll out so that made my decision to bounce easier. in any case i guess it would be cool if we rolled to that meet deep ..like in a caravan.... lots of cars out there close to a hundred propably.

hey, i went, but i bounced too. i heard about the lethal street racing incident in dec that made cops more suspicious about the meet between porter ranch and northridge so i left asap. we definitely should caravan to that meet. i think it'll be fun too just see nothing but z's rollin.
