Hi all,

Just recently purchased a very nice two-bedroom; two-bath condo in North Long Beach and I just thought I'd take a shot at this forum to see if anyone has thought about moving out of their current location and moving-in over here.

I originally intended for my best friend to move-in and everything was going fine until he brought-up the fact that he and his wife had reconciled and would be getting back together (lol).

Complex was built in the late 90's, very modern, well-lit, 2-car garage, 3 stories (if you include the garage), washer and dryer provided INSIDE the condo (no community machines), very very secure location with shopping close-by. 91 freeway is just a stone's throw away (literally) or two stone's throws away if you have a weak arm.

Rent would be around $750-$800 and all bills would be split down the middle. The overall incentive is that you'd be saving a decent chunk of change each month (lower rent compared to going it alone and halfing of bills) and living in a really nice place with a nice guy (me!)

No restrictions except for no smoking inside and no PS3's (Xboxes ONLY!)

J/K about the PS3 thing.

If you want pics of the place, I think I can manage since the place isn't officialy mine until Feb. 20th which means I would have to bother the realtor to meeting me there just so he can open the door for me.

Anyways, if anyone is interested, chime-in on this thread.
