Thats basically the amount of data transferred from your photobucket account through the internet. If you've been using your account for pics in the marketplace for the stuff you've been selling, then its been getting lots of traffic, so your photobucket has been sending alot of data. Theres a certain limit photobucket puts on that (the bandwidth).
