Not familar with swift springs. I know the eibach's are more expensive that the other ones though. I just have had very good experiences with the pro kit springs from them. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

AFK... swift springs... linear or progressive?

They're linear, here's a quick search for more info: https://my350z.com/forum/suspension/...r-springs.html

I guess swift makes both linear and progressive. I wouldn't mind trying out the spec r, which are progressive) on my car next. sounds good on paper... but you have to ride on them to really see if you like them. sounds promising though.

AFK, you have swift on your car? which one?

The swift sport mach springs are linear and the Spec-Rs are progressive. The spec-Rs offer more of a drop, but can be a bit rough even with progressive springs.

I had the Spec-Rs previously and while the ride isn't that bad, I'd probably get some Konis to match them with.

I'm actually going for the eibach pro kit + tokico adjustable d-spec's. my buddy had this exact setup on his subi and i really liked it. the street ride is excellent and when adjusted for the track it cornered on rails. oh, but he has sway bars also, and that's what i'm shootin for.

sensi09... how low is your car with the spec r's? you scrape going over the speed bumps?

Well I don't have that car anymore, but I might scrape the plastic portion from the aero kit for the track package, but the actual bumper would not scrape.

No didn't get the chance to, just visited the canyons. I do feel it handled better over smooth roads, but mid-corner bumps could be unsettling, well at least with the stock shocks.
