Question Texas "Fun" Roads

I live in the Dallas/Plano area and have an irresistable urge to drive on a fun-to-drive wavey road with varying elevation, and none to extremely minimal police surveilance. Maybe also a road that will give way for a high speed run.

Now I know I live in Texas and those of you who have either visited or live here know that almost the entire state is flat as an ironing board. If there is any of you who know of a good road less than 50 miles away from Plano or Dallas PLEASE let me know. Post PM, or email whatever is better for you.

Having a 350Z in Texas seems like torture with only traffic - filled and policed roads, and straightly flat highways.

Thanks for all your help and advice - I really appreciate it.

I have no idea why it posted in the California Forum. I'm sorry but I didn't even check when I posted it. Is there a way for me to move it?

my digital speedo read 160mph.. but i got bitched out about it not being accurate ...whatever... i know there is a tolerance to any piece of equipment i would assume it isnt off by more than +/-2% .. it was in south fort worth.. long and flat ... there was a few hills that i hit at 150.. that was fun.. like a rollercoaster

Yeah if you go a little south of Fort Worth there are a few good roads pretty much leading no where. Very rare to see cops there. I used to live in central texas. A lot of open road and small hills here and there... can be very fun...
Watch out for the cows, jackrabbits, and armadillos....hahaha
