just FYI, Tiesto and Armin used to produce music together...they went their own separate ways...I guess they got tired of each other lol

Just got owned by dark grey evoX off a 35/40mph roll
didnt get me by much but really started to pull on me at about 70... i dont think i shifted correctly in the proper power band. i was in 4th just driving home from picking up a can of sloppy joe when he puled up besides me super spooling the X... I shifted into 3rd and got owned once we got to about 65-70 even tho i had the jump.
@35/40mph i think shifting into 2nd would have dropped my rpms where i needed em but im not sure...
what gear was my best power at about 35/40 mph? this is exactly why i want a ****** vortech charger... i cant stand barely losing like this

What? Did Tony own you just now in his evo? 
you should be happy you didnt lose by much. The EvoX is no slouch...
As far as shifting goes, 2nd gear in the MT only goes up to 64 mph (at least thats what this chart I'm looking at says). You would have to shift after that...so who knows, maybe the time spent shifting would negate any increased acceleration by being in 2nd gear.

btw, tony I saw the tiesto flier when I was coming out of nocturnal...didnt pick it up....was too fat and lazy to pick it up hahaha
