not trying to get bigger, just want to tone up and slim down a bit.

i do 5 to 10 minute warm up with some cardio, then hit the machines/free weights for like 30 to 40 minutes... working on upper and lower body, just depending on what i feel like. on most days it a little of everything. then finish off with 30 to 40 minutes jog/walk on the treadmill. usually my sis and i stay for like just over an hour. no need to spend my whole life at the gym. lol.

ipod with music is dope. last week they had a live dj spinning on wed i believe.

 

oh aiight ya im tryin to tone down too... my cardio days are just spin cycle and heavy bags...btw if you guys want to hit the heavy bags too, I got extra boxing gloves.

for the heavy bags, we have to get into the workout room when there's no class. but when there IS class? omg... so many women with nice nice asses. lol.

ya usually from 11am - 4pm and then 9pm - closing...they usually have no classes around that time but ya dude you gotta check out the spinning classes all the chicks are bent over on that bike....DAMN

sweet... good to hear brotha. i usually go with my sis around 6 to 6:30 pm or so. i saw some classes going on. i agree on the spinning class... but the yoga class and those poses... OMG!!! hahaha. i had to do an extra set on the maching outside of the room because i had to check out the "class" hahaha.

i might not be able to go today though, just because there's a bday dinner i have to go to.
