hahaha... i love the instant stuff... but you can only have so much. i had the instant stuff for like 2 weeks because i was saving up for a system in my car back in college. i wanted to shoot myself towards the end. hahha.

we'll see after working out and dinner. i pulled a muscle on the back/neck area working on shoulder/back. hurts like shiet and i can't look down or the the left or right too far. hahaha.

going to work on lower body today mostly and do some jogging... i'll let you know how i feel after dinner. if i'm not too tired i'll go with you. didn;t get much sleep last night. woke up every 30 minutes when i moved around and it ****** hurt like crap.
