which headunit do you have waz?

 

i had a Avic D1. I just picked up an Avic910BT.. that **** set me back like 700

 

that's the new one right? hate to tell you i was thinking about that unit when i first started messing with the z... but the reviews said there's problems with it. something about the operating system or something.

Yea its the new one. Unfortunately the guy i was getting it from doesnt have it in stock right now so i can make a choice between a cheaper x710bt * no dvd playback* for 100 dollars less... hmm....

 

unnn get something else... all the new models have the problem waz... a lot of ppl had issues. they loaded the new updates and everything but i donno if it's fixed or not. check the interwebs about it. i would rather just get a different model that works with no issues.

I think they got it fixed. Im looking at some reviews online and most are saying its pretty good. I dont know. **** also i just found a hella of a deal on it for the avic-x910bt, i got it for 450 brand spanking new. So im pretty satisfied right now.

 

the x910bt is the newest version right? the "fixed" version?

i like the new ones because i swear by pioneer decks and it has a built in hard drive. it's pretty sweet, just wished it was a full screen like the z series or the d series. seems like those screens were bigger.

For sure. Yea i wanted to get the New Z series but couldnt justify paying like 200 dollars more for a headunit that almost does the same thing. Same here i swear by pioneer or alpine.. but alpines double dins are just too pricey. Everything else im like nah.

 

no alpine.. the let me down too many times... hahaa... and definitly no sony or kenwood... seriously pieces of junk.

i do like clarion or eclipse tho... but still pioneer/primere/carrozerria is the shieeeet!!!

but i like my older pioneer single din. does the job and sounds clean as fukk,
