Are you under 60K miles or 5 years?

If no to either of them it may be difficult to get this fixed since you are are past the
powertrain warranty.

Unless you can find somone cool at a dealership.

I had the same problem and Tim @ West Covina helped me out.. but I've got an '04 with less than 60K

Powertrain warranty is 5 years, 60K, so you should be covered.

Correction, since he has an Infiniti, the powertrain warranty is 6 years or 70K miles whichever comes first.

I would call Infiniti to find out the manufacture date of your car in order to make sure that you're covered.

Hopefully the dealership will honor your powertrain warranty, if they don't I would try to ask for a service manager or call Infiniti customer service.

Good luck!!
