I agree with you, I was being sarcastic about it.

but in all honestly, the driver of that GTR clearly had no idea on how to take those turns much less how to guide his machine in and out of the turns. It is a shame that he crashed but there is a lesson to be learned here.

Hmmm, conflicting information regarding the owner:

ROAD WAS NOT WET OR DAMP! it was a little dusty that night, nothing else.
Nagtroc thread claiming parents bought the GTR for their 20 year old kid

the guy is a dumbass 20 yr old.. so no sympathy needed... I drive on GMR at night... sometimes just to do a relaxing drive to take a break from all these daily bs... for all we know, this ***** could run head-on with me... and I doubt an evo can out crash a gtr

yeah i think you might lose in the evo. lol. i kinda like to see the road... so driving at night in the canyons is just not a good idea. there's no takumi's here... this isn't initial D. stop watching that and think you can do it too. lol.

used to ride gmr and azusa every weekend on the crotch rocket. very often we see a couple of tow trucks trying to fish out a car that crashed down the canyon... idiots.

lol... I had to tow my friend's car couple times but ya, if you don't go to the extreme path (leading to Mt Baldy), Azusa is a good drive up to the camping area... good road and got a few twisties...

azusa is not bad... it's when you go over the bridge and hit glendora mountain road (gmr) that's where it gets really really tight. one of the most technical canyon runs i've done on a sportbike. it's just way too dangerous now with a ton of noobs thinking they are motogp racers... and crahing the fukk out on gmr... ppl hurt or dead. just not worth it anymore. so we just cruise it and go to track days at fontana.

saw a mazada 3 over the edge once with 3 tow trucks trying to fish it out. that sucker was about 75 feet down from the side of the road. fwd... understeering got the best of him most likely. lol.

funny thing... one of my ex from way back then sat in my friend's car (mazda6) and went up GMR... he spins out, half the car is about to fall while half is still on the road. She opens the door, take a step out and fell off...
