I drove one a while back, looks similar to yours but it had a spoiler and was thinking about getting it but I already had a civic for DD and my Z for weekends so I was like "screw it il probably never drive it". Keep it rotary.
I know the debate has been beaten to death. But the weight distribution is better with the rotary. And with a good single turbo, even a 13b can put out more power than most tracks can handle.
