go scion!!!!! hope they do better this year. my friend works for toyota in the scion division. went last yr and it was so fun in the vip tent, so close to the track.

looks like a good time this year too. too bad i'm not able to go.

 

the scion was a beast up there!!!

 

yeah? lol... myabe toyota has a chance this year maybe? tanner is one hell of a driver, but the car is down on hp comapered to the other cars.

 

robbie nishida was ****** robbed. he owned tanner the 2nd time around. that was my days upset, i left after that battle and didnt care who won. FD judges ftL.... catering towards a crowd favorite.. how ghey

Wish i would have known more people on the forum were going! I was there with a buddy and when we got there i happened to park next to a Z with the exact same set up as mine pretty much rofl!!!

 

that was definitely what i was seeing too... especially when a couple of these "1 more time battles" didn't need to happen.. and 1 of which resulted in the crash of the corvette.

 

^ I almost cried when that Corvette ate it..... I agree though, way too many "one more time" crap. Cheston, what did they say caused it? Just too close to the tire wall?

the pontiac iniated late, so Conrad who cant see anything from the smoke, initated late as well. solstice barely hit the tire wall and was able to squeak on by, but corvettes a little pudgy and couldnt turn in on time and just went in.

steering rack/radiator, toe linkage, and of course aero kit were damaged... hopefully will be able to turn it around by friday.. but.. i duno..



but on a happier note.. CONGRATS TO MR.B, aka Brian aka City Tire Online for qualifying top 32 and going to the big show their first time out!!! (red Kallusive Z with white Gram Lights).. you might have remembered him with the top secret body kit, varis goodies, big endless puma on the side and gold Jlines a few years back....

 

i agree too many OMT!!!

 

when these "suit" drivers drive dirty, the judges are trying to compensate. sick of the dirty brake checks on the lines. Drifting is a exhibition sport, either win in style or crash.

 

the Red Bull world championship was pretty much OMT every race
