Default Car audio: Shops and set up..

I'm thinking of replacing the stock stereo of the Z with a decent single din, good separates and nice sub. (if possible, still be able to use most of the trunk space)

Just for SQ. Like a mild 250-300watt set up.

Is a budget of 500 - 600 too cheap? Any recommended shops?

Go here: http://woofersetc.com

Pick out what you want. If you want advice, I can assist. I can get you discount too.

Let me know, and I can also install it. I make a living selling and installing car audio.

Matter of fact, I may be selling one of my higher end Pioneer headunits soon...

Very nice! I might as well hit u up one of these days.

By the way, I have the OEM navigation. Any issues with the installation? Like can the nav still interfere with the stereo volume?

thanks!

Is it true you'll lose the voice from the OEM Nav if you replace the deck with an aftermarket one?

I have no experience with the navigation units; it's a possibility, it makes sense though.

I can refer you to the guy who installed the system(s) in my Z. Not sure how busy he is with school these days, but he's a great guy and excellent installer.
