Default Nice Day in the Canyons

So I took a drive in the Santa Monica Mountains today and I thought I'd share. Crappy cell phone pix, but you guys get the idea.

I love turnbull, but it's always dusty. Not much cops, but bikes were slowing me down a bit =P No drifters during the day. Night time might be different.

The first pic. is pretty impressive for a cell phone. What phone was do you have?

Turnbull is too hot now-a-days to run, no doubt fun though. I don't see any Zs up there at all, but then I see you guys run it also.

This is why I don't really ride the canyons anymore. too many slow squids on the canyon with practically no gear.

hey hydro, i should bring my bike out and we go for a run in the canyons eh?

nice pics... very good for a camera phone. definitly should hook up and do a canyon run. ever go to azusa? it's not that tight on the turns, but it's a fun drive. gmr is good on a bike, but a car is kinda too big to drive spirited on there, used to go to gmr alot on the crotch rocket... but not much anymore since all the squids started showing up alot!

Bring the bike out, I'm all for it

Dude, hit me up. I at least do a canyon run once a month. I go through pads and rotors like crazy, lol. I really need to step up to a bbk. I use to hit up GMR in my drifting days with my 240, but I sold it about a year and a half ago. Haven't been since. I'm going on Sunday to some canyon, hit me up.

hydro... you ride?? i don't really ride the canyon anymore. one of my boys had a run in withe an evo that was on our side of the road in a blid turn. but every turn is pretty much blind on gmr... and that didn't go well... he didn;t get hurt, but there was a potential of getting killed that day. bike was messed up... but it's stuff like that. and it seemed to happened every weekend towards the end of last summer. if it's not cars, it's stupid newbie squid riders. so we just stopped... just go to the track now for some hard riding.

i probably can't this weekend or next. i have to work some OT for work. but definitly hit you up. i'm a newbie with the car in the canyons, take it easy ok? haha.

Topanga is top pack. Latigo. Piuma (if that's how you spell it), and stunt is where I was at when I took those.

I use to ride, my cousin was almost killed on a bike on the 110 freeway. At the time I was living with my parents and they made me get rid of the bike. I do miss it, so now I take the car.

Let me know whenever you guys are down, I'm always up for it.
