I also looking for this part, could you please let me know where did you find it? otherwise how did you solve the issue.
I can't fit new brakes because I don't have that socket.

I just bought another pair of spacers with the same socket =/ Try contacting ichiba directly im pretty sure they sell these things separately as they are pretty easy to damage.
