well most of us are driving a good 20 miles or so.. do it earlier in the morning. People will all round up for caravans, then nobody cares for a few extra miles

park meets normally get shut down unless local cops are aware and approve OR you have a permit for gathering

Forgot to mention... He was pulled over because, and i quote, "Random stop for any cars that look like they might be engaging in illegal street races"...

and this happened @2:30 in the afternoon on a tuesday...
