I still have the poster in my garage ! ! ! ! I had several in the day, the Countach was just bad -*** for its time. Nothing even came close to it. It was definetley the jaw-dropper in its day.

I know there are multiple ideas of what the word Miata means, but i think the japanesse meaning is Shrine of Rice fields. Mia = Shrine, Ta= rice field

MX-5's maybe do not get a lot of street credit, but on a track like Laguna Seca, they will own you. Just have a slice of humble pie ready to eat when you go and track your Z.
