Default Moving out to Cali!

Well after spending 13 years on the east coast I am making the move back to LA. Its going to be a huge life change but I am ready to be back by the beach and am looking forward to being closer to the mecca for dance music.

I am not looking forward to what my Z is about to go through. If I am not mistaken, I really need to consider removing my TP's and putting my cats back on. Also, is that front plate really that big of a deal? I just dont want to be messed with by the cops.

At any rate, I am looking forward to meeting some of you out there. It looks like I will be out for a couple weekends over the next few weeks then permatly in LA on 07/12.

Bye, bye sweltering Atl heat!

there are quite a bit of people running TP around.. no problem unless your car is beyond ridiculously loud or look way too aftermarket.. but I would switch to HFC just to save the hassle of possible cop harassment.

no front plate is cool! depending on area you live in. I've been running no front plates for years and no problem

BTW Welcome to Cali! are u still gonna be DJing on those awesome cruise ships?

Thanks for the tips. I just got my V2 on and am dreading having to put that front plate on. My car is not wild in the least so hopefully I will be OK. We are looking at the San Pedro area. That Dwelling at the Vue high rise looks nice. I wouldn't mind looking at the cruise ships in port from my apt.

Ya, no more cruise ship music events. I play quite a bit in Northern CA and am looking forward to getting into southern CA now! C. Lawrence is coming back in August from Australia so we might finally be able to do our track together.

No front plate is hit or miss. Some people drive without one and have never been hassled. I was driving without one for a while until one time I parked my car in front of my home to run inside and grab something. I come back out literally no more than 5 minutes later only to find a ticket on my windshield.

Hopefully I can catch one of the events you spin at. Good luck with the move.
