We are currently looking for a computer-savvy individual with excellent phone customer service skills.

Position responsibilities may include:

Answering phones, assisting customers with their orders.
Adding products to the website, eBay, and Amazon.
Creating shipping labels
Processing eBay and Amazon orders
Processing website orders
Contacting customers regarding their orders


Position requirements:

Excellent phone/customer service skills
HTML knowledge
Photoshop knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced invironment
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Basic photography knowledge

Car Audio knowledge is a plus as well, but not a requirement.

This is a full time, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm, LONG TERM job. We are NOT looking for temporary and/or part-time employees. SERIOUS enquiries only. We are located in Downtown Los Angeles. Compensation is to be determined according to your abilities to assist the company.
