I need new brakes... need a good spot in santa monica, maybe manhattan beach area

whats up everyone, i need a place to go to get new brakes without getting ripped off. any suggestions in the santa monica, manhattan beach, ca area or around there. I dont want to drive out too far for brakes. thanks!
