That's why you gotta be FAST. Got to get away before they even call the helicopter. I believe they call for back up, cop cars, and if not solved THEN send out a helicopter.
I really wonder if Gitten, the mustang drfiter, can get away from a cop..maybe like 1 vs5 cops

 

350zriot im on 19s lowered pretty good i forgot how much i dropped it from stock. Lol. But as long as from the ground the center of ur headlight is 22" ur good and make sure ur front bumper corner isnt lower than ur bottom of ur rim. Thats what they got me for its actually a little higher but its so close whatever i got lucky considering lol.

 

Getting bigger rims seem like help without removing the lip. Well removing the lip cost less lol

 

Ya dont really want anything bigger than 19s lol

 

if i remember correctly the frame of the veh can not be lower than the lowest point of your rim...also the center of headlight must be 22" and also the license plate must be 12" off the ground

i'm sure theres other

 

i dont understand how tuners make money in cali xD
