Default Friendly smog testing stations

So, I've got to smog the z in late November. In my forum search I've seen others with mods pass CA smog without much issue. My main worry is with visual. My Kinetix manifold doesn't exactly look like stock and I don't really want to replace with the stock manifold as it might affect the smog readings since my ECU has a TechnoSquare re-flash (mightl run too rich with stock manifold).

Anyone know of any smog testing places in LA where the visual isn't a big issue?

Should I just buy the Motordyne spacer for the stealth look?

Just looking for friendly advice.

well i would just say you should PM for this type of thing. or ask someone in person that maybe had to go to a similar place...i know what you're going through but public forums honestly aren't the place to ask for this. not trying to kill your thread either...but it's for the common good.

I'm sorry but I haven't live in SoCal for a long time. Are emissions stations doing visual checks now?!

I'm boost'd with the PowerLab kit and I'm running so CATs on my Nismo S-tune. I'll probably have a built engine by the time I return home (to Cali). My Z is primarily for the track but I'll eventually need to renew my California registration. What can I expect as far as being boost'd in SoCal?

BTW, I'll be in LA.
